To reduce your weight and body fat you must control your diet. But drastically reducing the food intake can prove to be harmful to your body. Likewise exercise is also essential for reducing your weight, but excess exercise can make your body weak and can become the reason for some health troubles. To avoid these situations you must be careful about what you do. Check out some measures below.
- During exercise most people stretch their body more than they should because they may not be aware of the stretching limits their body could tolerate. This causes internal injuries. Even in the morning when you wake up and feel like stretching your body to relax your muscles, you should do it slowly and smoothly. When hands or legs are stretched forcefully, it will create some micro tears and may also result in minor injuries inside the body.
- Doing exercise from hours together is also not a good thing. Taking sufficient rest between the workout sessions also plays a major role as it helps your muscle tissues to rebuild and become strong.
- Many people have the habit of washing their hands several times in a day using antiseptic soap or hand sanitizers. But excessive use of these products is not good for health. Sanitizers contain a chemical called triclosan which causes gastroentritis. A research done in Michigan University has shown that triclosan increase chance of gastric trouble by 6 times.
- Eating healthy food is good. But eating too much of healthy food is not good for health. Many people eat a lot of almonds and pistachio because of their nutritional value. If you aim is to loose weight then this will not help. As you get more calories from nuts. Similarly drinking juice after workouts is good but having juice with more sugar is not good.
