Dandruff is a common scalp condition in which small pieces of dry skin flake off of the scalp. As skin cells die, a small amount of flaking is normal. Some people, however, experience an unusually large amount of flaking, which can also be accompanied by redness and irritation.

Tea Tree Oil:
The anti-fungal and anti-oxidants in tea tree oil will reduce the dandruff. Mix some tea tree oil in baby shampoo and wash you hair. This will reduce the dandruff and make your hair look soft.
Aloe Vera Gel:
Aloe Vera is a very good moisturizer. This will help to get of dryness of hair and dandruff. Apply aloe vera gel to the scalp and massage. After 15 minutes, wash your hair with mild shampoo.
Heat the sesame oil and let it cool little bit. Before going to sleep, apply warm sesame oil to scalp and massage for 10 minutes. Wrap your hair in dry cloth. Next day morning wash your hair with shampoo. You can see the difference.
Honey is a natural moisturizer. Smash one banana and mix two spoons of onion juice & two spoons of honey. Apply this mixture to the scalp. After 20 minutes, wash your hair with mild shampoo. Follow this process weakly twice and you can get rid of dandruff.
