The major and common problem which many of us face in summer is hair fall. If you are having the same problem then take more fluids in your diet. Give more preference to coconut water and fruit juices. Eat more fruits with high water levels like water melon, pomegranate and cantaloupe.

Healthy diet is important to get healthy hair. Try to avoid aerated drinks and fast foods in summer. Try to have homemade food all the time. Have more green leafy and fresh vegetables. These measure will help you in maintaining the health of hair and skin.
